Returns & Exchanges

At VDM THE LABEL, we want you to feel confident in your swimwear; if your order isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original hygiene liners and tags firmly in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and hygiene stickers are intact to qualify for a return.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, you will receive an email with your store credit voucher or confirmation of your new exchange order.
